− El estacionamiento, es un lugar muy cerrado y esta complicado estacionarte. De hecho se ve que ya han pegado varios carros en la pared porque esta descarapelado y una de ellas fui yo ;( Creo que podrían hacer algo al respecto con ese tema, de ahi en fuera todo bien

8.0La vista definitivamente es hermosa desde la terraza, fueron amables en devolverme la llamada, para corroborar una mala información que una persona que sudo que hay Sido parte del hotel me dió y fue grosera. Y me gustaría que me dijeran a la próxima, que la habitación que me asignarán no tenía terraza,
− No me gustó que no tuvieran número telefónico para contactarme por este medio. Tuve un imprevisto para llegar a la hora pactada, tuve que buscar por Google el teléfono. Llamé y me dijeron que yo no tenía ninguna reservación, que está empresa había sobrevendido las habitaciones y les comenté que no era mi problema, que yo había comentado desde un principio que llegaría por la tarde noche, me dijeron que le hiciera como quisiera y que no tenían habitaciones. Mandé un segundo mensaje por este medio para decirles que de acuerdo a lo mencionado por via teléfonica, que no me habían respetado mi reservación, tuvieran en cuenta que no tenían porque cargar a mi cuenta una habitación que no estaba ocupado dado su negativa ante la reserva. Un rato después una persona muy amable me llamó por teléfono y comentamos la situación, me dijo que no sabía que había sucedido y que mi reservación seguía en pie, que me esperaban. Al final la señorita que amablemente d marcó desde su teléfono pido indicarme que podía llegar. Al final agradezco su atención por la amabilidad,
