1.0Рецепционистката беше изключително любезна и добра. Хотелът е в центъра и има паркинг.
− За да влезеш в хотела трябва да звъниш на номер. Проблемът е, че беше мръсно. Коса по чаршафите, неизмито. Липсва персонал. Една жена прави всичко. Наложи се да ни преместят. Хавлии не бяха чисти , донесоха други. Хотелът е заключен. Влиза се с код. Нивото е нула.

10.0Невероятен хотел с изключително любезен и мил персонал. Стаята беше много уютна, хигиената отлична, а гледката към Балкана наистина прекрасна.
