− Стаята миришеше лошо, а банята отвратително. Нямаше сапун. За двама човека имаше само един комплект хавлии. Рано сутринта нямаше топла вода. По-късно дойде.

1.0− They give my room which I already booked to somebody else, and didn't inform me till very last moment. Finally I had to wait for them to prepare another room. Beds aren't comfortable at all.
