− Rooms looked very dated in need of renovation. Beds uncomfortable and some food on the floor from previous guests. All information in German. Not suited for international travellers. Would have been lovely to receive information on local bus services such as Kaiser Jet.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire visit. The staff, in particular, deserves a special mention for their exceptional service. They were not only incredibly nice but also went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. The culinary offerings at the hotel were nothing short of excellent. Each meal was a delightful experience, showcasing a perfect blend of local flavors and international cuisine. The chefs clearly put a lot of thought and expertise into their creations, making dining at the hotel a highlight of my trip. Given the outstanding level of service, comfort, and dining quality, I am eagerly looking forward to returning in December when the new ski season starts. This hotel has certainly earned a special place in my heart, and I cannot wait to experience its wonderful hospitality once again.
