9.0Отлично съотношение качество/цена/местоположение/удобства. Храната в ресторанта беше отлична, както и закуската. Бяхме няколко семейства, всяко с по две деца и за нас беше важно отношението към децата ни, което в случая беше отлично. Много позитивно отношение и грижа получихме от персонала в Спа центъра
− Като препоръка от нас е необходимостта от повече камериерки, обслужващи стаите, за да може ежедневното им почистване да става до към обяд. Също така в това отношение, настоящите може да се стараят повече, тъй като леглата не бяха добре оправени - има какво да се желае в това отношение. Персоналът на рецепция е добре да е много по-любезен и уважителен- да поздравява гостите ежедневно, не само при настаняване.
