9.0Grosszügiges Gesamtkonzept des Hotels mit geräumigen, hellen Zimmern und guter Materialwahl der durchs Band hochwertigen Einrichtung. Leckere 3/4 Gastronomie mit verführerischer Präsentation der qualitativ erstklassigen Speisen. Praktische Lage des Hotels neben der Bergbahn-Talstation. Einladenden Pool- und Sauna-Bereich. Sehr nettes Personal.
− Im Ruhe-Bereich gibt es bei den Liegen keine Beleuchtung zum Lesen.

Tolle Lage, mega Pool auch schon morgens nutzbar, und leckeres Essen mit so viel Auswahl
9.0Das Zimmer war sehr schön, das Bett super bequem. Wäre manchmal einfacher die Toilette wäre extra. Aber es war sehr schön, tolle Terrasse. Das Essen war mega gut und so viel Auswahl und immer wieder was anderes. auch abends die Tollen Vorspeisen und Salate.. das würde manchmal gerade reichen.... und das der Pool schon so früh aufmacht ist richtig toll
− Das Bedienungspersonal war nicht persönlich. Es gab gar kein Gespräch oder irgendwas ... aber liegt vielleicht einfach an der Sprache.. Mir ist nur aufgefallen das ich in anderen Hotels oftmals persönlicher bedient wurde.......

Top - wir kommen gerne wieder
9.0Das Buffet finden wir top, sowie auch die Hauptgänge. Absolut grossartig finden wir das Angebot am Abreisetag den Spabereich bis um 20.00 Uhr zu nutzen und sogar der Mittagssnack ist inbegriffen - das ist ein sensationelles Angebot!
− Die Spielgeräte im Garten für die Kinder sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und hätten eine Revision nötig. Auch hat es wenig Schatten beim Spielplatz was für kleinere Kinder sehr wichtig wäre
