Avoid this hotel!
4.0Room was as described, lovely pool open at all times, screen door for balcony to keep out insects
− Air conditioning didn't work as according to receptionist "it's only turned on on 20 July". This made the room too hot for me to sleep despite me keeping the balcony door open all night (which also let in lots of noise). Also, the fridge in the door was so loud that it became unusable as I couldn't even be in the room with the noise, never mind sleep. There was no bedside table lamp and I had to get up to turn off the light when I wanted to get to sleep after reading in bed. The receptionist couldn't have cared less when I complained about the air conditiong and fridge and told me to wait to speak to the manager the next day. When I asked for ice so that I could have a cold drink (considering the fridge wasn't functional) I was told there was none as the restaurant was closed. The next morning it turned out that there also is a bar as I was sent there to find the manager (yes, in this hotel you get to do the running after people as a guest). I'm sure the bar has ice and I should have been sent there the night before. Because of these issues I refused to stay another night and insisted on a refund so that I could stay elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend staying there to anyone. For sure, don't expect to actually find the services advertised here to actually be provided. Do expect staff to shrug their shoulders and do nothing at all when you point this out. (Don't expect anyone to speak English either.)
