Faça como eu fiz, vá para outro hotel.
1.0Não gostei de nada, tanto que nem fiquei no Hotel Beira Rio, fui para outro hotel. O Hotel Beira Rio é sujo, decadente e, por incrível que pareceça, a recepção me enviou para outro hotel pois não encontrou a reserva do Booking. Então, eu fui para outro hotel. Pedi ressarcimento, a diretoria do hotel não devolveu a minha reserva já paga. Ficou com o dinheiro e o Booking deveria tirar esse estabelecimento da sua plataforma porque pega muito mal. O Hotel deveria ser fechado por questão de saúde pública.
− Não gostei de nada. Não fiquei no hotel e a diretoria do hotel não devolveu a diária. Isso é crime ou não é? Honestidade é não é. Enrolaram enquanto eu estava em viagem, depois nem atenderam mais o telefone. Alô, polícia, fechem essa espelunca. O nome do hotel deveria ser este ESPELUNCA!

− Hotel mto antigo, zero manutençao, camas e portas velhas, chuveiro sem pressao, morcegos no forro, sem sinalizaçao de emergência, falta de higiene
É uma boa escolha pelo custo benefício, ótima localização. Voltaria a me hospedar
