− Banheiro sem nenhuma prateleira para colocar produtos (tive que colocar tudo no chão). Não havia nenhuma luz nem tomada próximo ao espelho. No quarto só havia a luz no teto cental, não tinha nenhuma iluminação na escrivaninha. Não havia controle de luz próximo a cama. Tv não pegava um canal bom. Poucas opções. Janela do quarto velha e não abria.
