Good location for skiers, peaceful and quiet. Very disappointed in cleaning standards support team.
4.0Very good location for ski in/out on the mountain, nice views and quiet neighbourhood. The house is very nicely decorated, and beautiful fireplace. The kitchen is spacious and had many amenities for cooking.
− The hot tub was very dirty and we could not enjoy it. After attempting to get support from the help team they were unable to come service the hot tub until we were already checked out of the property. This was very disappointing as it was one of the parts we were most looking forward to after a long day of skiing. There were bags of dirty laundry and personal items left in the living room which were not removed by our checkin time, as well as no parking permit to be found anywhere. After an hour or so someone came to provide a parking permit. Overall the confusion and lack of cleanliness would dissuade me from staying here again. It is unfortunate that the services were so poor, as the property itself is quite nice.

− Parking, to sleep 10 but only have 1 parking spot. Was not told at time of booking that parking would cost extra. Only told 1 week before stay. Dirty. The home was filled with dust and did not look like housekeeping keeps up properly. Was not adequately stocked for a family of 10 staying 5 nights.
