8.0C'était une belle chambre bien propre! Simplement l'air conditionné qui ne fonctionnait pas autant bien que je pensais. La chambre était aussi plus propre que le reste de l'hotel je trouve.
− Je penses que l'emplacement n'est pas autant plaisant si vous voulez être dans le centre ville, aussi le lobby et le reste de l'hôtel n'est pas aussi beau que la chambre.

9.0We had a wonderful stay! The room was spacious, modern, and very clean. My kids especially loved the thoughtful surprise of having toys waiting for them in the room, which made them feel so welcome. We also appreciated the complimentary bottled water provided during our stay. What truly made our stay exceptional was the hotel staff. Every single staff member, from the morning shift to the night shift, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. They always greeted us with a smile and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Their outstanding hospitality made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The hotel also offers an airport shuttle service for 100 RMB round trip, which is absolutely worth the price. It was convenient, reliable, and made our travel stress-free. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
− The only issue we encountered was the Wi-Fi. If you don’t have a Chinese mobile network provider, internet access is quite limited, and only certain apps are accessible. It would be great if this could be improved for international travelers.

10.0Отель очень хороший. Останавливались с 10 по 11 марта.2026. У нас была транзитная остановка. Встретили как близких друзей в аэропорту. И обратно доставили по времени. Персонал отличный, всегда интересовались чем помочь. Завтраки вкусные, жене очень понравились сладкие бисквиты и тортики. Номер семейный вообще поразил красотой и видом на город. Если ещё раз приеду то именно в этот отель. Всем рекомендую. Оценка 10.

9.0Очень классный и недорогой отель. Интересная концепция, ванна прямо в номере, панорамные окна, автоматические шторы. Все на электронике, с половиной даже не разобрались. Номер большой, просторный, функциональный. Останавливались поспать между перелётами 5 часов. В номере есть абсолютно всё, для мытья, питья, спанья, чаекофея и т.п. (смотрите фото) - и всё это бесплатно. Отель конечно не вчера построен, поэтому мелкие недочеты есть, но это мелочи. Очень приветливые китайки, понимают по-английски, встретили, проводили, очень милые. Самое главное, что привлекло в этом отеле, это трансфер из аэропорта ТЯНЬФУ, стоимость которого всего 100 юаней, а обратный вообще бесплатно. Если вам нужно скоротать время при перелёте на пхукет, смело заселяйтесь сюда.
