− Unfortunately, our experience with this property was very disappointing. Several days before our arrival, we contacted the hotel to explain that I had become seriously ill and was unable to travel. We hoped they would show some understanding and help us modify or cancel the reservation. Instead, we received a standard response stating that no changes could be made. We were told that we could submit a medical certificate, but even then there was no guarantee that our request would be accepted. At that time, I was genuinely unwell and had no intention of making another visit to the doctor simply to obtain additional paperwork after already receiving medical care. We understand that hotels have policies, but we also believe that exceptional circumstances deserve compassion and flexibility. Unfortunately, we did not feel any empathy or willingness to help, which left us with a very negative impression. Based on this experience, we cannot recommend this property from a customer service perspective.

− Das Zimmer könnte renoviert werden. Die Zimmer zur Straße sind nur bei geschlossenen Fenster nachts zu empfehlen
