Buena atención del personal. Tremendo deterioro en las habitaciones.
4.0La atención del personal fue cordial y esmerada. Proporcionan muy buena información sobre los sitios de interés de la ciudad. El hotel está bien ubicado, y las instalaciones externas son atractivas (amplias, ventiladas).
− Este es un hotel de esos cuyos dueños deciden no invertir un solo peso más, y dejan deteriorar las instalaciones. En nuestra habitación, el inodoro estaba agrietado ("vencido") y carecía de asiento ("bizcocho") y tapa. En el baño, no funcionaba el porta papel higiénico, por lo que había que poner el rollo de papel sobre la cisterna del inodoro, pues no había donde más ponerlo; tampoco había en el baño repisas o estantes para poner los útiles de aseo (cepillo de dientes, crema, etc). Un desastre. Los tomacorrientes de la habitación, funcionaban con intermitencia, cosa que impidía cargar los celulares. A estas alturas de la vida, un inodoro sin tapa en un hotel, es algo inaceptable.
