Das Superior Chalet ist ein Traum. Wunderschöne Aussicht, geschmacksvolle Einrichtung, Jaccuzzi, Hängematte. In der Nacht sieht man Glühwürmchen und hört ein Grillenkonzert. Es war tadellos sauber, das Personal sehr freundlich und auch unsere Kinder waren sehr wohl.

− In der Küche fehlen Utensilien, falls man richtig kochen möchte (scharfes Messer, Schneidebrett, mehr als 1 Pfanne). Für Rührei reichts. WiFi ist eher schwach durch die Entfernung vom Hauptgebäude.

Séjour inoubliable. Nous aurions aimé y passer plus de temps tellement nous étions bien.

Absolument tout. Lieu paradisiaque avec vue à couper le souffle. Chambres très confortables. Excellent petit déjeuner. Staff hyper gentil et serviable. Un autre immense avantage: le village n’est pas loin du tout. On peut facilement s’y rendre à pied. Séjour mémorable. Nous étions cinq personnes (couple avec trois adolescents de 20, 17 et 14 ans). On a tous adoré et on rêve d’y retourner.

Amazing views. Lovely quiet location but close to the hustle and bustle of town (8 mins walk). Good breakfast

− Spa had recently been built but had to pay for jacuzzi and book 24 hours in advance so we didn’t do it.

Muy bien desayuno

− No me gustó que tienen un perro amarrado todo el día en un lugar inadecuado, cuando pregunté el por qué lo tienen así me contestaron que porque es dañino . Me acerqué al perro y no tenía agua y al colocarle se la tomó toda. Esto me generó mucho malestar porque lo considero maltrato animal .

* The location is fantastic. It’s only about a 10-minute walk from the center of Salento, so you’re close to everything while still being completely surrounded by nature. Waking up to the sound of birds every morning was a wonderful experience. * The staff were outstanding. They were genuinely friendly and gave excellent recommendations for coffee fincas and activities around Salento. It never felt like they were trying to sell me anything—just honest, helpful advice. * The breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit, delicious eggs, and great local coffee every morning. * The room and the entire property were spotlessly clean, and housekeeping did a great job every day.

− * Nothing significant. The only small inconvenience is that the walk back to the hotel gets very dark at night because it’s surrounded by nature. I simply used my phone’s flashlight each evening. I never felt unsafe—it’s just something to be aware of if you’re returning late.

Wir hatten einen rundum gelungenen Aufenthalt im Ecoresort. Das Zimmer war großzügig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr gemütlich. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die außergewöhnlich freundlichen Mitarbeitenden, die uns bei jeder Frage und jedem Anliegen herzlich weitergeholfen haben. Das Frühstück war lecker und völlig ausreichend. Das absolute Highlight war die traumhafte Aussicht auf die grünen Hügel der Kaffeeregion – mitten in der Natur und trotzdem ist das Zentrum in etwa zehn Gehminuten über einen schönen Spazierweg erreichbar.
