5.0The beds were okay. Easy it find. (There is a third-party parking garage nearby). Breakfast was basic.
− Rooms look old: seventies; a noisy fan starts when switching the bathroom light on. Not enough power outlets (when you need to charge your phone you have to disconnect a lamp) A lot of noise from other rooms and outside. There was no built-in airco, but only a mobile one. To operate it means you get the outside noise as well.

7.0Hotel très bien situé, dans la partie historique de Bellinzone. Parking souterrain (payant) à quelques minutes à pied à peine de l'hôtel. Nous avons très bien été accueillis. Petit-déjeuner correct.
− Chambre assez petite pour quatre personnes. Absence de climatisation efficiente. L'hôtel mériterait quelques petites rénovations pour maintenir son charme et garantir le confort des clients.
Nous recommandons l'hôtel, nous sommes très satisfait du tout.
9.0L'hotel était top, nous avons juste du tourner quelques minutes pour trouver une place de parc pas trop loin de l'hotel. Mais ce n'est qu'un détail.

− Preis/Leistung Stimmen nicht überein. Das Hotel ist nicht mehr auf dem aktuellen Stand. Alles sehr altmodisch und nie mehr in die Einrichtung investiert.
