9.0Friendly atmosphere, fridge in room, coffee on tap, bed spacious and comfortable, very close to central station. Staff great.
− It's a bit hot in room. But it's been a very hot summer in Switzerland. They let us know when booking, no a/c in room. Overall very happy with hotel.
Expensive and run down hotel.

− Booked a night, got a good price but when I tried to change the booking the hotel massively inflated the price.

The entry to the hotel can be found next to the H&M store. The hotel and the front desk are on the second floor and are open 24 hours a day.
