7.0L’amabilité du personnel et le fait qu’une solution rapide a été proposée (changement de chambre) au probleme de ventilation de ma chambre (bruit et grincements).
− Le manque d’entretien de l’hotel (problème de ventilation connu) car il sera définitivement fermé dans quelques semaines et qu’aucune réduction de prix ne soit proposée pour ces désagréments.
