We always stay at Bahia - 12 years now. So yes, we love it.

Loved Bahia Encantada and Jaco, but stay somewhere other than G1 and Vacasa-managed properties!
6.0Bahia Encantada overall was one of the nicer properties in Jaco. We spent a lot of time at the pool and had a great time.
− G1 was pretty dinged up - doesn't look like it's been maintained much. The bed in one of the rooms was broken and kids spent the first night out on the couch. There were also what looked like blood stains on the wall and floor next to the broken bed (turned out to be paint, but didn't match anything in the room???)...so we were pretty freaked out, asked to be moved several times, and were pretty much ignored (lots of fluffy responses but no promises and no action). The next day a guy came and fixed the bed, and then housekeeping came and showed us the stains weren't blood, so that helped. Oh, and when we first got there after traveling for 20 hours I was texted the wrong door code. Called for help and got nothing (just more fluff). Luckily I had an email from a week prior with another code on it that I found and it had the door code that worked. The next day we followed instructions to set the security code on the lock box EXACTLY, box locked, but then wouldn't open. Called for 3 days trying to get someone to come reset it for us so we could use it, but finally just gave up. IDK what we would have done if we'd have actually PUT SOMETHING LIKE OUR PASSPORTS IN THE LOCKBOX when we first locked it. Luckily we were smart, or we may still be in Costa Rica!
