Great budget location.
8.0The grounds and pool were lovely. There is a nice view of the volcano. Everything was super clean. We could walk everywhere. The sister property thermal hot springs were amazing. There are great rocking chairs outside of the rooms. The fresh fruit at breakfast was delicious.
− The bed was uncomfortable and the rooms were dated although very clean. The eggs at breakfast were quite runny, but on our last day we saw someone order an egg from the kitchen. We didn’t know you could do that.

9.0Rooms were clean, and the staff was exceptionally friendly. A great example of their honesty and service: my son accidentally left his watch in the room, after we checked out and were on the way to SJ, a staff member contacted us and arranged to mail it to us. Gestures like this truly deserve recognition.
