9.0Estube en dos oportundades en el hotel, la primera, el lugar muy bueno, pero no respetaron el precio señalado en la aplicación Booking de la estadía de una noñe, al consultar sobre esa diferencia de precio de aproximadamente $ 25.000 la respuesta del recepcionista fue que la aplicación no informaba sobre los detalles. No cuestioné dado que estaba sola y no tenía otro lugar acordado. El dormitorio en esa oportunidad estaba muy grato y cálido. En la segunda oportunidad estube un par de días y el cobro fue el correcto, pero el dormitorio estaba helado, solicité ayuda y un joven ayudó a mejorar la calefacción, expresó que seguramente las personas encargadas habían olvidado mantener las máquinas prendidas. La puerta de baño no se cierra. El hotel se ve hermoso por fuera, es muy atractiva la exposición de pinturas y objetos, pero claramente no lo recomendaría porque afecta el presupuesto y no todos las habitaciones ofrecen el confort necesario, especialmente en invierno. Es cuanto puedo informar

− Los calefactores estaban encendidos todo el día a si que la pieza en algunas ocasiones tomaba una temperatura bastante alta

− el desayuno , bueno pero a las 9 muchas veces no quedaba huevo ni café en grano, no tiene estacionamiento

10.0El desayuno es espectacular. Si te gusta comer bastante este tiene que ser tu hospedaje en Pto Varas.
− El baño. La salida de la ducha puede ser un poco peligrosa. Ya que es un poco alto, la salida de la ducha es un poco augusta y el piso de porcelana con los pies mojados puede ser resbaladizo si das un paso en falso.
