− katastrofalni vybaveni, lednice je standard - chybi. v koupelne neni zasuvka, na WC si skoro nesednete, ze sprchoveho koutu pri vystupovani hrozi uklouznuti. to vse z nedostatku mista. snidane v so-ne az v 8 hodin ... PROC ??? pres dvere, ktere nedolehaji, priserne tahne. je to polovicni ubytovna, to jste meli napsat do propozic. a v teto dobe i v renovaci.... velmi se prasi.

4.0Het uitzicht vanaf de 11de verdieping
− Er was geen warm water op de 11 verdiep, het was lauw. De manager liet via de receptie weten dat het opgelost was, dus niet. De manager zelf vertoonde zich niet. De receptionist en de receptioniste waren vriendelijk naar ons, ze konden er tenslotte niets aan doen. Het ontbijt was zeer matig en de ontbijtruimte was het toppunt van ongezelligheid.
