− Vi bookede hotellet specifikt fordi der var oplader til elbil og vi bad den bekræfte, at der kunne oplades, hvilket de gjorde. Da vi kom frem, var alle pladser med ladere optaget af biler, som ikke ladede. Personalet slog blot ud med hænderne og sagde, “vi kan ikke gøre noget”. End ikke en beklagelse fra deres side kunne de få sig til - trods opfordring hertil. De var uforskammede.

9.0Personal, Zimmer und Frühstück alles super, gerne wieder.
Ansonsten war es ein schöner Ausflug.
9.0Im Schwimmbad konnten wir uns gut erholen.
− Das Personal hat nicht versucht zu helfen als bei einem Fahrrad ein Problem mit dem Schloss eingetreten ist. Wir mussten den ADAC aufbieten um das Problem zu lösen.
