− Didn’t know that the breakfast wasn’t free. And man it was expensive. Would’ve been great to know that ahead of time.

− The staff while very friendly weren’t very professional, they didn’t know about items on the menu and generally seemed lacking in training
What a View !
9.0Great location at bottom of cable car. Fantastic view from terrace and our balcony twin bed room. Friendly manageress (with the white dog).
− Sorry to be harsh but... the lack of acknowledgement by the initial receptionist on our arrival until we had to interrupt her computer work. Some staff looked a bit dour. Breakfast was a bit sparse. All of these could be easily addressed.
