I didn't stay i booked a real hotel and left!
1.0This was not a hotel it was horrible apartment rooms with broken springs in the matteress , no wi fi , no television that worked i called the owners number and messaged for around one hour for help but was ignored I had to leave and go to a real hotel with staff so wasted money and I had just came out of hospital after an operation its a horrible apartment block above a pub and no staff! Avoid this place complete rip off!

Excellent location and price. Clean and comfortable. Owners were very helpful.
8.0The rooms were clean with a walk in shower and coffee and tea making facilities. The location was very good with bus routes and a subway station- St John’s Wood - close by. The area is lovely and has grocery stores, laundry, restaurants and coffee shops.
− Stairs are steep but manageable.
We loved the location but the mattress was paper thin.

− The mattress was SO thin and worn, it had zero support. I was worried for my back. The shared areas were in need of a refresh. The shower didn't drain and the bin was broken.
