Very disappointing
4.0The staff were friendly and helpful, the food was tasty and generous.
− The bed was broken and horribly uncomfortable. For someone with a full day's work ahead the complete lack of sleep was disastrous. No manager available to discuss this with, and no reply to my email attempting to address this.

Good location with free parking but won't stay there again due to a number of issues.

− Had to wait a while to check in because the same staff also work at the onsite restaurant. There is no elevator to the room and had to carry heavy luggage to the third floor. The setup of the hotel rooms were like in a maze. The room had a very strong odor.

8.0Nice modern room in a traditional hotel. Comfortable and clean. Nice options for dinner and for breakfast. Very well looked after by the girls. Thank you Kieva and colleagues.
