8.0Very nice staff when you asked for or about anything. Lovely room with hot tub. Lovely Spa and wellness treatment centre. Complimentary proseco on arrival. Complimentary drive in their Bentley into Windermere itself if you were going out for a meal. Not too many guests
− Room was a little too warm, and ac unit would of made it perfect in the room. The breakfast had some food that had been out a little while, it would be better if the food was made to order.
The staff couldn’t do enough throughout your stay… Amazing place

10.0The spa was unreal and the staff were so lovely. There was a guy called Patrick and he was so professional & lovely.
− There could be a few touches up done with light paint. But nothing really. Loved it.
