Good value and very convenient for working at the Llanfyllin institute next door.
7.0Very convenient. Flexible for a late arrival when we were delayed. Great fan (weather was really hot). Spar with large free car park just opposite.
− There wasn't a shower or bath, though we knew when booking.

7.0Enjoyed our stay! Couldn't have breakfast as we were leaving too early but they did leave us some sandwiches and crisps to take with us. We had a room right at the top which was a little warm to go with the warm weather so we said our next stay we'd hope was a little cooler. Useful location part way to our destination.
Pleasant stay and very welcoming. Deserves to succeed.
6.0Cooked breakfast was excellent - freshly cooked and tasty. No cereals offered. The pub has recently changed hands and probably a steep learning curve for the proprietors.
− People need to be warned that the staircase is steep.
Perfect location. I'd be happy to stay there again.
