A lovely restful holiday with fabulous people
10.0We were welcomed by Nicki at check in, she greeted us with a pleasant smile and was very helpful, polite and caring person, a real gem. As we were interested in visiting Edinburgh she told us the different form of transport available. We got the train which took about 30mins from the accommodation to Waverley station so no problem with parking. Glasgow is also accessible by train if you have time to explore the area. Indeed all the staff were lovely and friendly which we had the pleasure of meeting while having breakfast there. Plenty of choice to choose from with continental style or full fry up style cooked to your taste with toast, tea or coffee. We also had evening meals here which were equally delicious and tasty. In our room we had supply of tea, coffee and milk to have a brew whenever suited us. Also daily cleaning of room if requested. A very peaceful place to stay, we had no problem hearing the planes coming and going. We were blessed with great weather which was an added bonus…….felt like a sun holiday. Thank you for a wonderful break.

10.0The staff were extremely good. They were very friendly. They were very fast too. The food was excellent. The place was very clean. The customers were overwhelmingly families with young children and grandparents and very senior citizens.
