La limpieza debe mejorar

− Nuestra experiencia no fue la esperada. La habitación no se sentía completamente limpia; las cobijas daban la impresión de estar sucias y las puertas tenían acumulación de suciedad en las ranuras y bordes. Además, durante la noche sufrimos varias picaduras que parecían ser de pulgas, lo cual hizo muy incómoda nuestra estadía. Esperamos que puedan revisar estos aspectos y reforzar la limpieza y el control de plagas para que otros huéspedes no pasen por la misma situación.

5.0La comida es muy rica pero se equivocan en las ordenes
− 1.La piscina hay que pagarla aparte y por persona, es pequeña y adicional pagas por dia el ingreso 2. El ingreso es a las 3pm y salida 11: 30 am no duras ni 24h en la estadía 3.las instalaciones como los juegos están muy deteriorados y abandonados.

2.0Cómo tal el.desayuno estuvo.bien y la cama grande.
− Lastimosamente encontramos el baño taqueado,.tanto el sanitario como la ducha y lo peor de.todo es que cuando llenamos el jacuzzi al encender el hidromasajes empezó a.salir lo que había en la tubería Gaaaas, fue pésima experiencia en ese sentido, lo que nos dañó totalmente la experiencia. Les sugiero arreglar eso, cualquier persona que vaya tendrá mala experiencia en sus instalaciones.
Tranquila y se logró el objetivo del descanso.
