8.0La ubicación y la salida directa al lago. El desayuno es bueno, estilo buffet con algunas variedades, falta un poco para ser desayuno excepcional pero es suficiente, te llevan huevos revueltos recién hechos. Tenía todo lo básico para una estancia corta. Justo en la salida del lugar, puedes hacer parar las micros que te llevan al centro de Pucon o Villarrica
− La cama no era muy cómoda, para el precio deberían ser mejores.

8.0Los domos muy lindos, con aire acondicionado y desayuno a la cama, eso maravilloso. El personal muy amable, me vinieron a ayudar en cuanto les comuniqué sobre la falta de aseo.
− El aseo no estaba bien hecho, dudé si habían cambiado sábanas y había una capa de polvo en las suferficies y pisos (baño incluido).

Based on local tax laws, Chilean citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Chili) must pay an additional fee of 19%.
