Classic hotel comfort in the heart of Itzehoe
8.0Perfect location in the heart of Itzehoe, plenty of shops and cafes in the area, transport connections and just a couple of minutes from the lovely pedestrianised streets. Very comfortable room, spacious and well equiped. Some would maybe find it a bit dated, but I love the classic, old-fashioned and vagely 80's vibe of the decor. I wouldn't change anything apart from installing AC. Summers are getting warmer and warmer and even North Germany can escape this! The staff were lovely, super professional, friendly and efficient. The restaurant of the hotel served delicious traditional sandwiches and simple dishes for lunch, I wish I'd tried the dinner menu but never got the chance. Overall, a super enjoyable stay and I will be back
− Very slow Wi Fi, no air conditioning. This really needs to be addressed in the near future.

10.0Det var et stort, pænt og rent værelse og god pris, lå tæt på gågaden. Vi ville dog gerne have haft morgenmad inden afrejse. Det stod på en seddel , der lå på værelset, at der var morgenmad hver dag 7-10, men da vi kom til restauranten, stod der, at de først åbnede kl. 11.00
