9.0Bis auf Kleinigkeiten war alles sehr gut: das sehr schöne Zimmer, das leckere Essen, das supertolle Frühstück, das nette Personal, der liebevolle Umgang mit unserem Hund: Er durfte mit ins Restaurant, bekam Leckerchen und Wassernapf, durfte einige Zeit sogar im Zimmer bleiben 🤗.
− Leider hatte man uns nicht darüber informiert, dass in der Nacht zum Sonntag direkt unserem Zimmer gegenüber eine sehr laute Musikveranstaltung (Sportfest) stattfinden würde bis etwa Mitternacht. Zum Glück mochten wir diese Musik😊. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre gut, Klimaanlage auch. Die Streifen der recht engen Parktaschen müssten geweißt werden.

− The restaurant staff were unfriendly did not offer to assist with the menu since we did not speak German and felt very unwelcome as non locals they did not treat us as you would expect for a 4 star hotel. The customer service counter staff were great however

10.0Das Hotel liegt in einem kleinen Ort und es ist idyllisch. Jeder der Ruhe und Erholung sucht, ist hier richtig. Das Hotel ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Ein gemütlicher Saunabereich lädt zu einem gemütlichen Verweilen ein. Das Personal unfassbar nett. Wanderungen beginnen am Hotel.

10.0Das sehr freundliche Personal und das komfortable Zimmer mit herrlichem Maarblick. Das Frühstück war sehr vielseitig und liebevoll gestaltet. Sogar die Eier waren bemalt und lachten uns an. Viele Bioprodukte, wenig Verpackungsmüll und sehr gute Küche. Insgesamt die Entschleunigung.
