10.0Great location. Situated in a quiet street, a few minutes walk from Baños centre where all the restaurants and shops are.

10.0The staff went out of their way to make my experience wonderful. The location was out of the noise and had an INCREDIBLE view. I will dream about this stay for years to come.

10.0Excelente lugar para hospedarse en baños. Habitaciones limpias y cómodas. La vista a la cascada desde la habitación espectacular. El desayuno delicioso y el personal del hotel muy atento y amable. Cerca del centro y la vida nocturna caminando. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme en este lugar.

2.0Cerca del aeropuerto
− La cama era muy pequeña y las habitaciones carecían de insonorización, por lo que se oía todo; hubo un ruido espantoso en las instalaciones durante toda la noche y el miembro del personal fue realmente desagradable. Simplemente una pesadilla.
