I booked my husband and kids for a trip to Dahab for a few days at The Castle Hotel & Studios, and it turned out to be exactly the kind of stay you hope for when you're not the one there to manage things yourself. The studio was spacious enough for the whole family without anyone tripping over each other, and having the little kitchenette meant the kids could grab snacks and drinks whenever without us having to think about it. The balcony with the garden view became everyone's favorite spot in the evenings. What really made the stay was the manager, Khaled. Beyond just being friendly, he took the time to suggest activities and experiences around Dahab that fit what the family actually wanted, and then went out of his way to help arrange them. That's the kind of thing you don't expect from a hotel manager but really notice when it happens, especially when you're traveling with kids and don't have the bandwidth to figure out logistics yourself. The location on Mashraba street gave them a quiet base to come back to at night while still being an easy walk from the town center and the beach. Halal breakfast each morning was a thoughtful touch, and the AC held up well even with the Dahab heat. All around, a place I'd send my family back to without a second thought, and a big part of that comes down to how well they were taken care of by Khaled and his team.

広くて、安くて、とても綺麗。水圧も問題ないし、とても快適でした。

− スタッフが最悪。カードで支払いたいといったら、 遠くの施設まで歩かされて、最初に説明してくれたらいいのに、その説明もなく、謝るだけ。 正直信用できない方々だったから、部屋に貴重品置くことをしなかった。
