10.0The hotel's pretty quiet and in a beautiful spot. The staff are respectful, the place is clean, and they took good care of the car. Their follow-up and how they handled instructions and requests were excellent, and the reception was great, giving us plenty of info. The help they gave us on our unforgettable safari trip was excellent overall, Providing an excellent breakfast before the safari, thank you for that and for being punctual and waiting for us. and we hope to visit again in the winter..

1.0− We are giving this hotel the lowest possible rating because our experience was extremely disappointing. The food was not at the expected level, and there was no Wi-Fi available in the room, but we could have overlooked these issues if it wasn’t for a much more serious situation. After returning home to Serbia, we discovered that €1,000 and $400 in cash were missing from our room. The money was hidden inside our backpack and was not visible. During our stay, the room was not cleaned, and we did not give anyone permission to enter. What makes this situation even more disturbing is that not all of the money was taken. A part of it was left behind, which makes us feel that it may have been done deliberately so that we would not immediately notice that money was missing. Due to the circumstances, we have serious concerns about how this happened. This incident completely changed our opinion of the hotel. We consider this extremely unprofessional and unacceptable, and we would not recommend anyone to stay here. If there was a lower rating than 1, we would give it because of the feeling of insecurity and disappointment we experienced during our stay.
