9.0There was no one on reception when we arrived, but a friendly staff member soon appeared when I range the bell. We stayed in 'Edward', a warm friendly space and features an 'in room' bathtub and large TV. Tea and coffee making facilities and excellent biscuits! There was no AC, but the hotel had provided two fans, so there was no issue. Excellent evening meal in a delightfully appointed dining room. Perfect breakfast setting overlooking the grounds.

Room was small, very cramped in the bathroom around toilet &walkin shower no chairs in bedroom
7.0Breakfast was good but expensive for what it was.
− Service was slow, one of the staff was very efficient but we had to wait to get service, they didn’t come out and check on us often enough.
