9.0Comfortable and clean and perfectly located. For a B&B I was also surprised that it was a 100% automated process and I never met the owners or managers. I loved the fresh milk in the communal fridge though and a decent coffee machine
− It was confusing about breakfast. I thought from the booking.com details that breakfast was included, but it was in fact a 0% at a local, very good but also pricey cafe.

Really enjoyable.
9.0Really nice, clean and high quality room with good choice of coffee, tea etc. No on site kitchen but Breakfast was at a fabulous Deli - a two or three minute walk. Pubs with decent food also only a few minutes walk.
Just what we needed for a relaxing break.
10.0Everything was perfect. Staff very welcoming and efficient. The suite was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable and the bathroom was immaculate. We will certainly return and have recommended Anna’s House to our friends and family.
