Great Stay!
8.0The room was clean, as pictured and fit for purpose! It was also very warm which was great, as you often find it difficult to turn up the heating in some places but this was perfect for me as someone who is cold all the time. It is also very close to the hospital which is why I booked. The staff were very accommodating to a request I had which was extremely useful and much appreciated! My room was on the top floor which was up two flights of stairs. Fine for me, but just something to consider, because I didn't see a lift.

9.0Clean, neutral Decor, lots of clean fresh towels, room had everything you needed. Fan provided. Tea and coffee. Clean bathroom. Toiletries. Just ideal for the hospital as had an early morning appointment. Manager couldn’t be anymore helpful! Helped with the bags and came early the next day to help with them on checkout too.

Lovely stay,good value for money and great location for station.
10.0Great location for King's College hospital. Room was spacious and had everything needed. Bonus of having a fan with the hot weather. Towels, hair dryer, shower gels etc provided.
− Bed was a little hard, but thats personal preference. Pillows were comfy.

7.0The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
− Booking.com lead us to believe food and breakfast was available and they don't offer that service at the moment. I think that they probably did as a kitchen was visible from the bar. We asked what time the bar was open until as we were going to a show, 11.30 we were told. When we returned at 11.10 a young man told me that the bar was closed.
