− Plastic flowers everywhere downstairs. Why not real or silk. We are trying for a plastic free environment.

− No grab handle in bath for getting in and out of shower. Main mirror covered in smears. Bed uncomfortable. No lighting next to desk for putting on make up. In a heatwave having water in reception is great if its filled up, its the little things that matter. No mini fridge in the room

− Breakfast... no avocado toast and it took them like 20 min to realize they didn't have avocados
