4.0The worst reception ever. The hotel straff lady was unpolite at first - going on to plain rude. I had trouble understanding her german and that made her really irritable. If I hadn’t paid up front I would have left. And the very rude reception took the joy out of the stay - I will certainly never return again

2.0the expedia reservation system was terrible. only after making the reservation it showed that the check in would close at 9 pm. i had plans to arrive after 9. needless to say the non-refundable reservation fee is a huge problem for me expedia sucks for that reason

4.0Als ich da war, war die Rezeption zu keiner Zeit besetzt. Weder beim Checkin noch beim Checkout. Es war nicht möglich mit einer gewöhnlichen VISA Karte am Empfang zu zahlen. In meinem Zimmer im Untergeschoss (Zimmer 14) hatte ich sehr schlechten Mobilfunkempfang und sehr schlechten WLAN Empfang. Die ausgedruckte Senderliste des Fernsehers, die auf dem Tisch lag, hat überhaupt nicht mit den tatsächlichen Sendern im Fernseher übereingestimmt. Das Frühstück war sehr rudimentär. Ich war nur auf Durchreise da. Einen richtigen Urlaub würde ich in dem Hotel nicht empfehlen.
