10.0Una experiencia fantástica en el Hotel Lorenzo. Desde el primer momento, el trato del personal fue muy amable y atento. La habitación estaba limpia, cómoda y bien cuidada, y la estancia en general fue muy agradable. La ubicación también es excelente y el ambiente del hotel resulta muy acogedor. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable para disfrutar de una estancia agradable. ¡Volveremos!

9.0El trato es inmejorable: cercano, amable y super profesional. Al ser un hotel familiar, te hacen sentir en casa y te tratan fenomenal. La habitación, aunque no es moderna, tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodo (yo viajé con un niño de 3 años). Las camas son muy cómodas y anchas. Eché en falta neverita pero Adrián me ofreció una alternativa. Llegamos muy tarde y cerca de la hora que acababa el check in y en todo momento me tranquilizó. Si volviera a Carballino, lo tendría claro.
