5.0− We arrived 2am only to be told the hotel was fully booked ! 🥵 We were made to pay our bill in full and check in and told that if we didn’t our booking would be cancelled 😡 ??? We were told to come back at 9am when I asked so “ is someone going to be checking out and our room getting cleaned at this time in the morning , the receptionist then said “ yes you will be in room 9. Found this unbelievable to be fair he was embarrassed and didn’t know what else to say We were then sent to another hotel who also told is they were full - what a joke ! 3rd hotel by now very annoyed very hot 🥵 our taxi driver couldn’t stop laughing We were upgraded from B n B to half board and the hotel included a drinks package. I think they were trying to silence us. Drink package was awful only drank water/pepsi during the day , few cocktails on the menu watered down and sickly . Beautiful location, clean hotel Staff lovely, was a real shame the booking system let the experience down . Have learnt a lesson, don’t book a holiday yourself it’s not easier.

9.0Das Hotel war sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett, besonders hervorzuheben ist Kalcey. Eine sehr herzliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterin. Das Frühstück war gut, andere Verpflegungen haben wir nickt genutzt. Die Zimmer waren groß und sehr sauber, auch der Rest vom Hotel war sehr sauber.
− Die Poolanlage könnte erneuert werden und bei den Rauchertischen sollten zwingend Sonnenschirme hingestellt werden

8.0A recepció és a reggeliző helyiség nagyon szép újszerű, modern, személyzet nagyon kedves volt, a reggeli kínálat bőséges és finom. A többi hotelhez képest árérték arányban kiváló volt.
− A zuhanyzóban lévő víznyomás nagyon gyenge volt, jelzés után sem javult. A szobákon az látszik mintha az épület régebbi lenne és gyenge minőségben újították volna fel, a képeken sokkal minőségibb érzést kelt a szoba. Például a parketta illesztése rossz, a festések hanyagul vannak kivitelezve. A takarítónők reggelente rendszeresen bekopogtak, benyitottak.
