8.0Beautiful rooms. Staff lovely and so helpful - we were leaving early and they gave us pack up breakfast bags. Great evening meal too.
− No aircon! And it was a boiling hot day and evening.
Great overnight stay
10.0The staff were helpful and friendly, the premises were smart and well maintained, our room was comfortable with extra fans (during heatwave) and we were made to feel very welcome. The breakfast was excellent and with the Midday checkout time we were able to spend a relaxing morning before vacating our room..
− Just a note for guests with mobility problems. The hotel is in an old building with no ground floor bedrooms and steep stairs up to the rooms. Further, the car park is on a slope, and when parking in the lower spaces, access to the bar/hotel entrance is via a steep flight of stone steps. However, there are blue badge and other spaces at the top of the car park which allow access to the hotel via a ramp and a much shorter flight of steps.There is also a rear car park at hotel level but with a longer walk to the hotel/bar entrance.

8.0Staff. My room (8) was very comfortable but had no fan, in a record heatwave. The Wifi is rubbish. It's also a bit odd, now, not being able to access the groubd floor before 08.00.

− No air con and windows that didn’t open. Poorly presented breakfast. No mini fridge.
Fine if you are passing through Godalming.
8.0Its fine. Comfortable. Decent pub/restaurant. Slightly edge of Godalming. Breakfast pretty good.
− Directly on main road. Rooms hot, but with fan. Needed a bit of decoration given the price.

− Room was hot (no air conditioning) but they supplied fans WiFi could have been better TV was not networked so I couldn't get any apps or cast to the TV
