6.0The location was handy enough for travel for work.
− 16th to 20th July, The room had not been cleaned properly, I suspect they never bother to pull furniture out as we moved the side table to look for a plug and there was food and mess there. We asked the receptionist 3 times over the last 2 days of our stay to have the bin emptied as it was full and was ignored. First time he said he would see that it was done, We got back that evening and it hadn't been. We asked again, he apologised and said housekeeping would do it as they had been very busy. Still wasnt done by tea the next day so we asked again and he apologised and said it had been a hot day but its okay because the room would be cleaned tomorrow after we check out. Absolute worst customer service from a hotel ive ever had.

− Nothing when its done up it will be lovely. Maybe get the swimming pool working would give revenue for outsiders to come in too and the pub
