7.0The staff was very helpful and friendly and .the room is clean.
− There was no.mirror in the room ( mirror is in the bathroom), which is not convenient for ladies and no plug near the cattle, hence unable to make a warm drink.

8.0The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice of Indonesian and options for those who don’t want that. The location was great as well. I booked the superior room with the Mountain View, which was lovely.
− Like other reviews there was a smell of damp in the bathroom but it wasn’t overpowering.

6.0Wenn man etwas angesprochen hat - z.b.die Bettdecke mit Flecken, kam sofort (keine 5 min später) jemand um es sofort zu wechseln Restaurant mit Blick auf den Pool und den Wald dahinter- wunderschön
− Das Zimmer war sehr hellhörig und das Bettzeug war fleckig (es war frisch gewaschen aber die flecken gehen nicht mehr raus - vielleicht mal ersetzen) Das Badezimmer dürfte gerne mal wieder renoviert werden
Amazing view
9.0The architecture and the many connecting spaces were lovely. View was amazing. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast which was included in the price was so varied. Great experience all in all.
