Apart from a double payment which took 6 weeks to sort out it was convenient.

6.0Overall I was satisfied and the staff were very helpful, but on the last day the hot water in the shower stopped working and the lock was old and broke with just normal use. It was already inconvenient at the time, but on the last day I was charged for lock repairs, which I had to pay, which was unfortunate.

10.0Very friendly and accommodating staff. Pleasant location away from the hustle and bustle but still only a short trip to Canggu Beach. Definitely recommend.

10.0Great value for money. We had a big group of us staying and it was exactly what we needed. We had one of the top rooms which I advise to get as some of the bottom level rooms were musty. It was all we needed - very big and comfy bed, great bathroom and lots of room to spread out. Great staff that were always friendly.
