− Niedziałająca klimatyzacja w pokoju - hotel dobrze o tym wiedział bo był wstawiony wentylator przenośny, nie przygotowane łóżko dla 3 osoby, po zameldowaniu po wejściu do pokoju znajdowały się w nim bagaże poprzednich gości

10.0Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the pool was beautiful and relaxing, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Every part of our stay was exceptional, and we would highly recommend Naxos Palace to anyone visiting Naxos. We can't wait to come back!

8.0Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία. Δίπλα σε εξαιρετικές παραλίες. Ήσυχο μέρος. Σχετικά κοντά και στην πόλη. Εξυπηρετική ρεσεψιόν.
− Το πρωινό θα μπορούσε να είναι καλύτερο. Μερικά σημεία του ξενοδοχείου χρειάζονται ανακαίνιση.
