Excellent location, well maintained room, courteous staff.
9.0Excellent location, close to srirangam and tiruvanaikaval temples. well maintained rooms, spacious. very courteous staff, breakfast buffet is good. kind of has been my regular place for halting at Trichy / Srirangam.
Over priced
3.0− Booking.com rates the hotel as 3 star, you should check if the hotel is actually 3 star The location is bad, its in the service lane with Basement parking, while getting off or boarding the car, the guest will end up blocking the traffic for which the bus drivers will shout at the guest The ac was not working, we were transfered to another room after 30 mins of waiting The ac and tv remote were not working in the first room The rooms do not have chain latch for additional safety. The breakfast had limited items. Overall not worth the money charged
Generally found ok stay for a day or two. Staff were very generous.
8.0Breakfast was good but choices are less. Also the items were not served as hot.
− The hotel did not call at all to confirm guest's arrival. They should do that. The landline number provided by Booking.com was always busy. Later understood that it was tailored to be busy. Then why should give that number to guests? The hotel is located in narrow public road as guests cannot get down in front of the entrance.
