− Bedsheet and blanket were not clean
Just an average hotel at the main center.
4.0The location is good which is near to tea estates and Gov. agricultural farm.
− No proper maintenance as most of the things inside the room are very old and in bad condition. No one was available at the reception for about 10 minutes when we reached hotel around 12:45 PM. With no mobile network, it is hard to contact anyone too. Hotel staffs are friendly but had to follow-up with hotel staff continuously for towels. Though the room is a dual occupancy one, we are provided with one towel, one glass, one toothbrush etc. for each room. I do not understand the logic of giving one each for a dual occupancy room :-).
