− Maten var väldigt dålig och drinkarna kändes utspädda – det kändes som att man bara drack vatten. Vi betalade 5 500 kr per natt, men det var absolut inte värt priset med tanke på kvaliteten på maten och drinkarna. Dessutom var vissa i personalen otrevliga. Det mest märkliga var hanteringen av handdukarna. Jag har rest många gånger i mitt liv, men det här är första gången jag varit med om att personalen på morgonen frågar om man redan har lämnat tillbaka handdukarna innan man får hämta nya. Hur skulle jag kunna ha lämnat tillbaka dem när jag precis kommit på morgonen? Det var en väldigt konstig fråga och den ställdes dessutom med en dålig attityd. Aktiviteterna var också väldigt få och motsvarade inte alls det höga priset vi betalade.
